Huge shoutout to Yvonne from @brio_leisure who's spent the day delivering an invaluable Paediatric First Aid course for 6 of our Y12 & students from @christofidelischs & @bishopschester Thanks to our Chester Schools Together partnership, we have secured funding to give these students the chance to gain an additional & vital lifesaving qualification. They now have the confidence, skills, & knowledge to take charge in a child medical emergency! What an incredible achievement & boost to their future career pathways! #empoweringminds #lifeskills

Delighted to welcome James Carlin from @cheshirefrs for an interactive Water Safety Workshop today. Our Year 8s got stuck in, learning vital skills to stay safe around water, an incredibly important topic, especially as teens are one of the highestrisk groups for accidental drowning. Combined with our ongoing WPD learning around risktaking behaviours, our students are building the confidence & knowledge to make safe choices in all kinds of situations. #empoweringminds #watersafety #staysafe #lifeskills
