Year 13 got a brilliant head start on student finance thanks to Sean Williamson from @uochester Students learned how to apply for funding, the key differences between Student Finance England & Wales & what support is available through maintenance loans & allowances. Huge well done to our Year 7 basketball team who competed in the Chester & District basketball tournament last night. Special mention to silky skills from Rolien, Fin & Alex. expert passing from Tadhg, Dougie as well as sharp dribbling & rebounding from Oliver & Alfie. The team secured the bronze medal with a 3rd place finish Special thanks to our sports leaders Robin & Freddie for scoring the games, Murat & Tom our Sixth Form coaches & super special staff coach, Mr Footit for providing the team motivational talks #teamwork
